Susan is a Partner in Pantheon’s U.S. investment team and leads Pantheon’s global business development. She is a member of Pantheon’s Partnership Board, Executive Committee, International Investment Committee and is the Chief Executive Officer of Pantheon Securities, LLC. Prior to joining Pantheon, Susan was a principal at Capital Z Partners based in Hong Kong, where she was responsible for executing investments in private equity funds and in fund management companies. In addition, Susan was a director at Russell Investments from 1995 to 1998 in its private equity group after starting her career at Morgan Stanley & Co. in New York. Susan received a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in International Studies and Economics and an MA from Stanford University in International Policy Studies, where she also worked as a research assistant at the Hoover Institution. Susan has served on the Board of the American Investment Council, the Investment Committee for the Archdiocese of San Francisco and was a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
