Roman is a Partner and Head of Pantheon Real Estate. He has over 20 years’ of private markets investing experience, 15 of which have been focused on North American real estate investing. Prior to joining Pantheon, Roman was a Managing Director at GI Partners and a founding member of its real estate strategy, which focused on platform investments and recapitalizations. Before this he was an investment professional in Morgan Stanley’s real estate division, having started his career in private equity working for Stonington Partners in New York. Roman received a bachelor’s degree from Columbia University and a master’s from The Wharton School.
