Helen is a Partner in Pantheon’s European Investment Team, based in London, and co-manages Pantheon International Plc (LSE: PIN). She joined Pantheon in 2004 from Russell Investments in Paris, where she was Managing Director for private equity in Europe. Earlier in her career, Helen worked at the Business Development Bank of Canada, and the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec in Montréal.  A past Council member and Chair of the BVCA, Helen has also served on the Board of Invest Europe. She was inducted into the Real Deals Private Equity Hall of Fame in 2024. Helen is a co-founder of non-profit organisation Level 20, which aims to improve gender diversity in private equity, and has served as a Trustee and Investment Committee member at the Church Commissioners for England. She was awarded an MBE in 2025 for Voluntary Service and services to Gender Equality in Business. Helen holds a BA and MA in Engineering from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario. She was elected an Associate of Newnham College, Cambridge in 2019.
