CORPORATE SOCIAL IMPACT AT PANTHEON
Pantheon’s culture reflects a responsible attitude and approach into every aspect of our daily activities, including how we conduct ourselves as a firm, as individuals and as professionals.
Our Corporate Social Impact strategy reflects our wider mission to act with purpose and support more secure financial futures. It includes a focus on four key pillars – inclusion and diversity, wellbeing, charitable initiatives and social engagement – each of which is coordinated by a Pantheon committee made up of colleagues from across our functions.

OUR CSI PILLARS
To ensure that we can meet our CSI objectives in a holistic and effective manner, we focus our efforts around four CSI pillars, each of which is overseen by a dedicated committee made up of representatives from across our business areas and geographies:
- We believe diversity of people and practices fuels innovation and success
- Transparency: Annual figures on diversity across our global workforce published
- Signatory to the UK Government’s Women in Finance Charter
- “Invest 4 Health” strategy to support colleague wellbeing
- Four pillars: Mental Health; Physical Health; Social Health; and Financial Health
- Overseen by our Health and Wellbeing Committee
- Active corporate program that supports a range of charities
- Annual charity partnerships selected by local teams across our offices
- Amplifies colleague efforts through donation matching and annual volunteering days
- Aims to bring colleagues together through a variety of events and activities
- Deepens connections between teams to support personal and corporate development
- Representative and inclusive of the diversity of our global workforce
Gender Pay Gap Report
Our third annual Gender Pay Gap Report, which is required under UK law, gives a snapshot of how pay for male and female colleagues in 2023 compared across our UK workforce. We’re pleased to see that our Gender Pay Gap decreased last year, and we continue to build on our efforts to drive change within our business, and across the industry.
