- Information we receive from or in connection with your subscription documents, such as your name, address, social security number, tax or other identification number and information about your income, assets and other financial information necessary to establish various exemptions from Federal securities laws; and
- Information about your participation in our funds, such as your capital account balance, contributions, income allocations and distributions.
We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information we obtain, except as permitted by you or required by law or regulation, or as required to provide information and services to you which we are contractually bound to provide. For example, we may disclose to our affiliates and service providers (e.g., our attorneys, accountants, administrators and brokerage firms) information for use in the preparation of financial reports and tax returns and in making distributions to you, and for similar purposes related to your participation in our funds. We may also disclose to our affiliates or service providers (including underlying funds in which Pantheon’s fund-of-funds invest) information for their use in complying with tax or anti-money laundering laws or regulations, or for similar purposes. We would also be required to disclose information if subpoenaed by a court or regulator.
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees and service providers who need to know that information. All of our employees and service providers are required to maintain the confidentiality of all nonpublic personal information. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect against unauthorized access to your information.
