Yoonjie is a Vice President in the Asian Client Service team, focusing on Korea. Prior to joining Pantheon, Yoonjie was previously with Korea Investment Corporation where she worked on private equity fund investments across various strategies and regions. Yoonjie has BA in International Economics from Peking University.
Faraz is a Senior Associate in Pantheon’s Infrastructure and Real Assets investments team. He joined from PwC London where he was part of their Transaction Services team and qualified as a Chartered Accountant from ICAEW. Faraz holds a BSc in Economics from Lahore University of Management Sciences.
Robert is Paralegal for the U.S. Legal and Compliance Teams. Prior to joining Pantheon, he was a student at Brooklyn Law School where he interned for the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, FINRA, and the New York State Office of the Attorney General – Investor Protection Bureau. He holds a BS in Finance and International Business from New York University Stern Undergraduate School of Business.
Dinesh focuses on the analysis, evaluation and completion of infrastructure and real asset investment opportunities in the U.S. Prior to joining Pantheon, Dinesh was a Vice President in Goldman Sachs’ Global Natural Resources group where he executed on a variety of M&A and capital markets transactions across the infrastructure, power and utilities sectors. Previously, Dinesh was in the Power & Utilities group in the Investment Banking Division at RBC in New York. He holds a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University and MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
Andres is a Vice President in Pantheon’s Technical Research Team. Previously, he worked as a consultant in the private equity industry for the Centre for Hedge Fund Research at Imperial College. He holds a PhD and a MSc in Finance from Imperial College and a BA in Business Studies from BW State University Mannheim, Germany.
Michael is Pantheon’s Head of US Defined Contribution. Prior to joining Pantheon, Michael was Director of Savings & Affiliate Plans for Verizon Investment Management. He holds a BA in Economics from Duke University and a MBA in Accounting from Hofstra University.
Imogen is Global Head of Investment Structuring and Strategy in Pantheon’s Global Investment Team. She is also closely involved in key strategic and corporate development projects. Imogen joined Pantheon from Anglo Irish Bank in Dublin and holds a MA in natural sciences from Cambridge University.
Paul is Head of Valuation, Fund Accounting & Data Control in Pantheon’s Operations Team. Prior to joining Pantheon, he was an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs Asset Management in their European Fund Services Team. Prior to this role Paul worked at BNYM co-heading the Fund Accounting Team providing services to asset management clients. Paul is an FCCA and holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Loughborough.
Michaela is Head of Client Onboarding within Pantheon’s Operations team. Michaela joined from UBS where she was responsible for client on-boarding and change management for the private equity administration business. Michaela holds a Magister in law from the University of Graz in Austria.
Cecile is a Vice President in Pantheon’s U.S. Investment Team focusing on primary investments and co-investments in the U.S. Cecile was previously a member of the private equity team at Partners Group. Prior to that, she was in the emerging markets growth equity team at PineBridge Investments. She has a BA in Economics and Sociology from Wesleyan University and a MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
Ashish is a Senior Business Analysis Accountant in Pantheon’s Finance & Tax Team. Prior to joining Pantheon, he worked at both South Eastern Trains and Tiscali as a Management Accountant. He holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Management Control from Sheffield Hallam University. He is also a Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Monika is a Senior Paralegal in Pantheon’s Legal & Compliance Team. She holds a LLB in Law from the University of Bristol.
Emily conducts both operational risk analytics and investment risk analytics including due diligence for new primary investments and investment risk metrics. Emily joined Pantheon from the Business Risk Services team at Grant Thornton where she worked on RFPs and proposals for internal audit prospects. Emily holds a BA in International Business and Finance from Strathclyde University.
Ali is an Analyst in Pantheon’s European Investment Team. He worked previously in the Nordic Investment Banking team at Nomura International. Ali holds a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate & Finance from KTH (Royal Institute of Technology).
Rudy is a Partner in Pantheon’s Global Secondaries Team. Prior to joining Pantheon, Rudy was a partner at Coller Capital and previous to that worked at Thomas H. Lee Putnam Ventures, Merrill Lynch and Skadden Arps. Rudy holds a BS in Finance at Indiana University and a JD from the New York University School of Law.
Alex is a Partner in Pantheon’s European Investment Team. Prior to joining Pantheon, Alex was an investment manager for the West Midlands Pension Fund’s private equity portfolio. Before this, he was a portfolio manager at Gartmore Investment Management. Alex holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Southampton.
Yokasta is a Principal and represents Pantheon’s client relationship management and business development in the Northeast/Midwest territory in the U.S. Prior to joining Pantheon, Yokasta worked at Ardian. Prior to Ardian, Yokasta practised real estate law in the Dominican Republic. She holds a BS in International Law from the University of Santo Domingo and a MA in International Relations & Politics from the University Catolica de Santo Domingo.
Tamsin is a Business Analyst in Pantheon’s European Investment Team. She previously completed placements at the Royal Bank of Scotland, Bank of America and JP Morgan. Tamsin holds a BA (Hons) in Economics with Human Geography from the University of Exeter.
Kalad is Head of Financial Planning & Analysis in Pantheon’s Finance & Tax Team. Prior to joining Pantheon, he worked for the Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ as Head of Financial Planning & Management Reporting and at Deutsche Bank, where he led the Revenues MIS team for the Global Banking Division. Kalad is a qualified accountant (FCCA) and holds a BA in Accounting & Finance.
Ria is an RFP Writer & Marketing Analyst in Pantheon’s European Client Service Team. She previously worked at Pictet Asset Management as an RFP Writer. Ria holds a BSc in Economics from Queen Mary University of London and is also an IMC holder.
Rishi is Head of Valuation Analytics in Pantheon’s Operations Team. Prior to joining Pantheon, he was a Vice President at Duff & Phelps (formerly American Appraisal) in their Valuation Services Team. Rishi qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG’s Private Equity Group and holds a BA in Industrial Economics from The University of Nottingham.
Andrew is a Vice President in Pantheon’s Global Co-investment team. He joined Pantheon from Lehman Brothers Investment Banking, and prior to that worked within Standard and Poor’s Corporate Value Consulting. Andrew holds a BA in Business Administration, with a concentration in finance and accounting, from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a MBA from Wharton (University of Pennsylvania).
Tessa is an Investor Relations Assistant for the PIP team. Prior to that, she spent three years in the Corporate Broking/Investor Relations team at Cantor Fitzgerald as well as a year at Orient Capital, a specialist in investor relations services. Tessa has a BA Hons in Hispanic Studies with Film Studies from the University of Nottingham.
Reshma is a Change Manager in Pantheon’s Operations Team. Prior to joining Pantheon, she was at Centrica where she worked on various projects on Windfarms & Gas Assets, integrating Operations, Finance and Procurement processes, alongside a Shared Service Centre in India. Reshma holds a BA in Business & Finance from London Guildhall University and is also PRINCE2 qualified.
Kunal is a Vice President in Pantheon’s Asia Investment Team. Prior to joining Pantheon, Kunal worked as an Investment Manager at Blue River Capital in Mumbai. Kunal holds a BSc Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi.
Helen is a Partner and Head of Pantheon’s European Investment Team. Helen joined Pantheon from Russell Investments, where she was Managing Director with overall responsibility for private equity in Europe. Prior to joining Russell in 1999, Helen spent 5 years as Director, European Private Equity with the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec. Helen received a BA and a MA in Engineering from the University of Cambridge and a MBA from the University of Western Ontario in Canada. Helen is the current Chair of the BVCA, and is a member of the Board of Directors of Invest Europe where she is also the current Chair of its LP Platform Council. Helen is also a co-founder of Level 20, set up to encourage women to succeed in the private equity industry. Helen is bilingual in English and French.
Oliver is a Social Media and Online Marketing Specialist in the Global Marketing Team. Before Joining Pantheon, Oliver worked for a specialist private equity recruitment agency as a Senior Marketing Executive. Oliver holds a BSc (Hons) in Surf Science and Technologies from the University of Plymouth.
William is a Business Analyst in Pantheon’s Systems Development Team. Prior to joining Pantheon, William was a Vice President in Citigroup Alternative Investments supporting systems for alternative investments. William has a BEng. in Aeronautical Engineering from Manchester University and an MSc. Information Systems from City University.
Rhoddy is Pantheon’s founder and is a director of Pantheon International Plc. In 1981 Rhoddy joined GT Management to oversee and manage unquoted investments and subsequently led the buyout from GT Management Ltd to form Pantheon. Previously, he was an executive of John Swire & Sons Limited, working in Hong Kong, Sydney and London. He holds a BSc in Engineering and Economics from Birmingham University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Andrew heads the team that is responsible for managing the set-up of investments and investors, data maintenance, reconciliations and fee analysis. He joined from M&G Investments where he managed the Dividends and Tax Reclaims Team.
Jay is an Associate in the Global Infrastructure and Real Assets team based in San Francisco. Jay joined from Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Houston, where he was an Investment Banking Analyst and worked on energy deals across a range of energy subsectors. Jay is a University of Texas Austin graduate.
Anna is Head of Global Client Support. Prior to this role Anna was a client support executive covering Pantheon’s Nordic client base. Anna holds a BA in Business Administration from London South Bank University.
Toni is a Principal in Pantheon’s European Investment Team. Toni previously worked in the private equity team of Cambridge Associates Limited. He holds a MPhil in Economics from the University of Oxford, and a BEng in Engineering with Business Finance, which was jointly taught at University College London and the London School of Economics.
Francesco is a Partner in Pantheon’s European Investment Team. Francesco was previously with Unigestion, where he managed the firm’s global secondaries program. Prior to Unigestion he was a partner and co-founder of the European venture capital firm DN Capital, joining from the European investment team at Advent International. He has a BA in East Asian studies from Princeton University, and holds a MBA from Insead.
Alex is an Associate in Pantheon’s European Investment Team. Prior to joining Pantheon, he was at East Capital where he was researching investment opportunities in emerging markets. He holds a MSc in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics and a BA in Business Administration from London South Bank University.
Juanita is an Analyst in Pantheon’s U.S. Investment Team. Prior to joining Pantheon, Juanita worked at Procolombia as an Exports Intern. Juanita holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de los Andes.
Tessa is Head of Portfolio Construction in Pantheon’s Investment team. Prior to joining Pantheon, she was a multi asset Portfolio Manager, as well as Head of Risk and Portfolio Construction, at Momentum Global Investment Management. Tessa holds a BSc in Actuarial Science from the University of Pretoria, as well as an MBA from INSEAD.
Sprague is a Principal and represents Pantheon’s client relationship management and business development in the Southwest Territory in the U.S. Prior to joining Pantheon, Sprague worked at Grosvenor Capital Management and before that at Fulcrum Global Partners. Sprague holds a BA in Psychology, with an emphasis in research, from Colgate University.
Paul is Pantheon’s Managing Partner and is a member of the Partnership Board. Paul joined Pantheon from Lehman Brothers Private Equity Group, where he was Investment Director. Prior to that, he worked for Lehman Brothers Investment Bank in both New York and London on M&A and corporate finance advisory services having previously been a management consultant with PA Consulting. Paul holds a BSc from the University of Leeds and a MBA from London Business School.
Douglas Watson is Company Data and Valuation Manager in Pantheons Operations team (Joined 2016). Prior to joining Pantheon, he worked at State Street Ireland as an assistant vice-president in the valuation team for a year and before that he worked at M&G Investments in various valuation / data and pricing roles for 16 years.
Alex is a Principal in Pantheon’s Asia Investment Team. He also manages Pantheon’s Asian client service team. Prior to joining Pantheon, Alex was a director at Citi Private Bank and before that he worked at Boston Capital Ventures. Alex has a BA from Yale University and a MBA from Columbia Business School.
Ben is a Principal in Pantheon’s Global Secondary Team. Previously, Ben worked at PEI as Managing Director in their secondaries group, sourcing, evaluating, analyzing and pricing secondary transactions. Prior to this Ben worked in Investment Banking. Ben holds a Business Studies degree from Washington and Lee University, as well as an MBA from Columbia University.
Cullen is an Associate in Pantheon’s U.S. Investment Team. Prior to joining Pantheon, Cullen worked at Oracle Corporation as a Corporate Financial Analyst. Cullen holds a BA in International Relations from Stanford University.
Bing is a Vice President in Pantheon’s Global Secondaries Team. Bing worked previously for a technology start-up and, prior to that, worked at Paul Capital. He holds a BS in Business Administration and a BA in Mass Communications, both from the University of California, Berkeley.
Erik is a Principal in Pantheon’s Co-Investment Team. Erik joined Pantheon from the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, where he was a co-investment manager. Prior to that he worked for the International Accounting Standards Committee Foundation in the UK and with Quilvest Asia in Hong Kong. Erik holds a MSc from University of London and a MBA from University of Cambridge.
Richard is an Associate in Pantheon’s Asia Investment Team. He has a LLB in Law and a BCom in Finance from the University of Otago, New Zealand.
Paul is Pantheon’s Head of Finance, having previously worked at Bank of New York Mellon where he was the UK Controller for its portfolio of Asset Management businesses. He has held a variety of senior finance positions, covering financial control and reporting, governance and oversight, structuring, financial planning and analysis, gaining experience across asset management, private equity and investment banking. Paul has a BAcc (Hons) from the University of Glasgow and is a qualified Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS).
Tom is Head of Delivery in Pantheon’s Information Systems Team. Tom joined Pantheon from Tokio Marine/Kiln. He holds a BSc in Physics from the University of York and a MSc degree in Computer Studies from Sheffield Hallam University.
Ashley is an Infrastructure Architect in Pantheon’s Information System Team. In this role, Ashley has responsibility for Cyber Security and Enterprise Security including all aspects of design, implementation & governance & representation of Pantheon, both internally & externally. Prior to joining Pantheon, he worked for Affiliated Managers Group as a Lead Systems Engineer and has over 15 years’ experience working in the IT sector. He is a fully accredited TOGAF architect and has professional qualifications from EMC, Cisco, VMware and Microsoft.
Nadia is Head of Tax in Pantheon’s Finance and Tax Team. Prior to joining Pantheon, Nadia spent a year in the group tax department of Lloyds Banking Group. Prior to this she studied for the ACA whilst in the Financial Services Tax team at Deloitte and later joined the Entrepreneurial Business Tax team. Nadia holds a BSc in Economics and Geography from University College London. Nadia is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant.
Kara is Head of Legal for the U.S. within Pantheon’s Legal & Compliance Team. Prior to joining Pantheon, Kara was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley and the head of the legal group for Alternative Investment Partners, Morgan Stanley Investment Management’s funds-of-funds business. Kara holds a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a BA in Political Science, French and Women’s and Gender Studies from Amherst College.
Ana is a Vice President in Pantheon’s U.S. Investment Team. Prior to joining Pantheon, Ana worked at Tribeca Asset Management and at Corficolombiana. Ana holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá and a MBA from London Business School.
Sol is a Senior Associate in Pantheon’s European Investment Team. He previously worked in the Healthcare team within the Investment Banking division at Citigroup. Sol holds a BSc (hons) in Management and Economics from the University of Sussex and a MSc in Accounting from the London School of Economics.

In addition, any reference to the title of “Partner” for persons located in the United States refers to such person’s capacity as a limited partner of Pantheon Ventures (US) LP.
