Interests Aligned through Pantheon Commitment, Management Ownership and Global Carry Pool

The senior Pantheon team owns a meaningful share of the equity in the business as a result of the partnership with
AMG and will contribute their pro rata share of the Pantheon commitment to each fund. This reinforces an ownership culture ensuring staff across the business are fully incentivised to deliver long-term value to our clients. The equity incentive structure provides a mechanism for long-term retention of senior people, as there is a continuing opportunity to recycle partnership equity within the firm which, together with further equity issuance, provides strong motivation for future generations within the firm. Furthermore, the interests of all investment professionals, regardless of function or region, are closely aligned through carried interest being awarded as a global pool.

Transparent Reporting

Various communication tools, such as an online client site and regular reporting and market updates, enable clients to keep up to date with developments at Pantheon and within the private equity market in general. Providing clients with clear and transparent information on client portfolios is a key focus of the client service team.

Long-term client partnerships
